Good service and so far no quality issues

I have not had any problems with the purchase of wines from Vinfolio. I have had some problems of when the wines are delivered to storage and inventoried into my account. This process can take 1 - 2 months to inventory wines

Storage processing and app speed has improved since my last review.

need to create a mobile friendly vincellar interface, and also Android app

Sometimes the delivery to my cellar @ VF takes a long time. I have to revise my inventory frequently to ask for wines pending arrival.

Wish they could inbound wine a bit faster

Resonse of customer service inquries greatly improved after my last poor review!! I hope it can continue to better from here on in. A testament that Trustpilot is a great tool!
