There is a few things that need to be worked out but that is expected with launches. Viral-launch did end up making it right with me so I will give them that, make sure you contact them and really let them know where your product is and what category it is in so you don't have any issues launching with them. Thank you for the treatment and maybe in the future we can try this again.

Hello Jack, Our launch promotions work well for most products, but unfortunately, it is not a one-size fits all platform. Often times there can be difficulty generating the sales required for products like yours that are in the supplement category. If you ever have an interest in scheduling another launch promotion in the future, we suggest reaching out to our team of coaches at [email protected]. Our coaches have access to historical launch data that allows them to help sellers avoid these situations. Thank you

Got their photography package for my products, which are water lamps. It was always going to be a tough product to shoot, because it has light inside it, is transparent, glows, etc. They did a decent job, but didn't do so great of a job editing. As for the lifestyle photo, there was miscommunication regarding it (I wanted a child model in it, but only told this to the representative I talked to before paying, not after), so after quite a bit of hassling on my part they agreed to reshoot with a child. The new image turned out very nice, I was very happy with it. Overall 3-4 star experience.

There are some interface issues and the simple descriptions of the metrics don't do a good enough job of describing the data behind them. The default landed costs seem very low compared with actual costs.

Viral Launch has helped me in product research for Amazon and its tools are easy to use. Its "Follow The Data" podcasts are great and provide the audience a wealth of information which are up to date. Great help to sellers who are clueless of rapid changes in Amazon.

I did try the product launch a year and a half ago and it was a waste of money. The addition of Product research, market intelligence and keyword research are key for me.
