Hello! We apologize for the delays and issues. Unfortunately these have been pending production with the manufacturer, and they had not gone in to production yet. So far so good.
Kinda sucks the part wasn’t in stock but understandable. The process was from 2-3 months then now 3-4 months and shipping fees. Again understandable. However for future buyers would be nice if this was added to the description. Still would have purchased and would saved time with all the email responses. Just my opinion. Other then that so far so good and good response times.

It would be a 5 but I ordered some headers and there was parts missing. By no fault of vivid but when I contacted them they said they would reach out to the vender. 2 weeks later I contacted the vender and got my parts myself.
