The majority of the Set-up information is provided in video format. It would help if there was a basic outline in written format to prevent the user from having to watch an entire video when they only need to know one thing. Response time to questions is very good.

Volusion has been great for us. We are beginners at website creation and Volusion has made it easy. They are always available when I can't figure something out. The only negative is the small range of coupons you can create and the inability to schedule a time for pages to change to something new. Great service!

I like Volusion as I was able to build my own website with no experience in ever building my own site. I wish there were more options for shipping such as flat rate per item

I setup our store to look just like our old website, with the addition of products for sale. It was a good learning experience, being my first ecommerce experience. And Volusion stuck by us all the way to help with the learning curve and to get our store up and running.

Would like to have a way to make a gallery page on site. I am not computer literate and do the best I can and your directions as assistance has been wonderful. Just would like a page where I can show off the many pictures I get year round from customer who purchase our pieces.

Customer service is outstanding, if you have a gold account and can access free phone support any time. But the program overall has serious limitations. It seems great for something like a hardware retailer that has tons of products. But we are a high-end skin care company, and things like communicating our image satisfactorily through the site, gift certificates, bundled products and inventory tracking were way too problematic and/or limited for our needs.
