This is not my primary account due to it having fewer locations but out of all the banks I use this has been by farr the best credit union i have worked with and has had the most pain free loan process.

When balancing my accounts with my records at home; the computer accounts close out too soon. Sometimes way too soon.

Just a little concerned that when I went to check who my beneficiary was it listed me the account holder! I requested an update. I am not in the state of Utah right now but will check when I come back. I am counting that they updated it to show my daughter not me.

I love most things about WPCU, but if there was one thing that could be improved it would be notifications that would be sent out if someone was close to/going into overdraft. That way, people could take care of the problem the same day and not accrue a penalty.
