UPDATE - WatchCo responded saying that they were working on my problem and will issue me a refund. Up graded rating from 1 star to 4 stars. (1 star off for not emailing that they received and were working on my requests for help) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My order was shipped UPS Mail Innovations...... UPS says the Post Office has my package and the Post Office says UPS still has it.... UPS will not help me and says to call WatchCo and WatchCo doesn't respond to messages or email. In 24 hours I am going to call Visa to have the charge reversed if I don't hear from WatchCo. I understand the shipping issue isn't really WatchCo's fault, but not responding is. And shipping UPS Mail Innovations is NOT a good way to ship. My local Post Office says this is typical with UPS Mail Innovations.

The company has contacted me for follow-up several times, but they have said the product has had to be back ordered and won't be available for 10-15 days although that was not indicated at the time of order or when they called to confirm the order. I'll post the results of this later. Followup: Company states delays were due to manufacturer not communicating accurately. They stayed in contact and made the situation right by providing the watch free of charge. I was pleased with their handling and will use them again. I would recommend this company.

Hi Chuck, I'm sorry to hear! I noticed that you placed this order yesterday afternoon and chose ground shipping, a time frame we list on the checkout page as 3-4 days. Can you help us understand better when you thought you would have the band? Thank you! The Watch Co
