ordered 3 times and was always happy witht he quick service and pricing

On a day out at York retail outlets we popped into Watch Station, not to buy, just to look but a blue Skagen took my eye and though I have many watches, my wife bought it for me. A lovely girl called Mollie served us and she was a pleasure to meet. On returning home I tried to correct the time but the minute hand didn't move. Not worlds end, these things happen. I live quite a way from York so e mailed the store, their response was fast, Nicola this time, they sent a returns label for courier collection and kept in contact with 5 friendly e mails until a new watch was sent to me a week later. Exemplary service, just how you would want it to be.

Ordered a Michael Kors bracelet as a gift on the Sunday and it arrived on the Thursday. Lovely bracelet and excellent value for money. Delivery was also free. No updates by email regarding dispatch or delivery, but I was able to see it had been dispatched by checking my order on their website. I loved the bracelet so much I ordered another.

Watch Station is owned by Fossil. I was worried after reading these reviews that i wouldn’t get my order or it’ll be the wrong thing. So I contacted them twice about my order and they gave me the wrong tracking code so I thought I’d been scammed. The email they used was a Fossil support one so I tried contacting Fossil directly. They gave me the right tracking code and I received my order the next day (4 working days after purchase). Just for reference the item I bought was Michael Kors, not Fossil and it arrived fine and legit. I just think they need to keep in touch with their customers about their order more.

I've made two purchases on their website and both times were a great experience. Good price and product.

To sort out any confusion, I've ordered a watch from the webpage watchstation(dot)com, an online Shop that belongs to a retail store that's located in Netherlands. My shipping destination was Germany. The watch was a Diesel brand watch that I got in a sale this week and everything went fine. Perfect packaging and got it delivered in two days!! Could not have went any better if you ask me.

I purchased two Armani ladies watches on Monday over the moon with them absolutely delighted got two watches for what I would have paid elsewhere for one and Darren in Livingston outlet store was great his customer service was second to none
