Good company, very satisfied. The problem is the swedish brand Elgiganten, how they in their advertisement totally trashed western digital ssds. Just when they were new on the market.

I'm really surprised by all the negative reviews. I ordered the WD SN850 for my PS5 it was dispatched and arrived within 5 days. It was also cheaper direct from WD than anywhere else by about £150 so really pleased with the service.

I dunno what went wrong with all these people on here but I had a great experience buying my SSD for my PS5. Ordered it with backorder of 2-3 weeks which I was happy with rather than give my money to scalpers on Amazon…. Week later I get a email that it’s shipped 48 hours later it’s arrived fully tracked with UPS. Great product, great price with discount for signing up and would deffo recommend.

Surprised to read so many negative reviews to be honest. Had a My Passport for the best part of 7-8 years and it's still going strong! Well made products.

When I leave reviews, I tru to point to the negative things so other peoples are aware of bad companies. however when it came to WD, I could not help but leaving a positive review, if there are 10 stars I will give it. I am bi fan of this company and have been using their products for over 15 yrs. I have the WD PR4100. I had a problem with one of the disks few yrs ago. All what I needed was to call WD to get a new replacement in 24 hrs. Most recent experience was with WD wireless passport pro 1 TB I had it for over a year, then i t stopped working, which seems a common problem with this product recently. I contacted WD via online ticket service. I then lost hope that thy will contact back as the product was out of warranty. They then contacted me and sent me a new boxed replacement. This had the same issue, so I contacted them and return it. They sent me another boxed new one which is working fine. This company respects their customers. I hope that I will see a new generation of WD NAS which I will not hesitate to buy.

Ordered a couple of large external drives with standard Free shipping 3-5 days. I'm guessing they shipped from a UK warehouse as there are no signs of customs declaration on the packaging. Both drives are perfect & they arrived the next day. I was worried when I read bad reviews but i've been delightfully surprised.
