Happy to buy American made and have purchased Weather Tech in the past (though the mats don't fit as well as advertised). However, I was given a Weather Tech gift card and I've learned they refuse to accept visa gift cards. So - while their prices are triple that of other products, even if you have a Weather Tech gift card you cannot use additional gift card funds to complete the purchase. Would have been stuck paying additional funds for something I could have bought for a 1/3 elsewhere. Didn't feel Customer Service could care less, just a lot of polite script sounding lip service which was not helpful.

I ordered floor mats for an older truck as a gift for my Dad for Christmas on the 7th of December. I got an email back on the 8th saying the mats wouldn't be available for 2-4 weeks and that they would not bill me until they were. Then I randomly got an email February 6th (2 months later) saying the cc didn't go through (I cancelled it because of fraud). So I called them to give them the new cc. But before doing that, they asked me if I wanted my mats in black since the grey ones I ordered were not available yet. I was then confused since why would they bill me for them if they were not ready; the lady I talked to just kept saying it was because I needed to pay but also the grey wasn't in the warehouse. I asked to speak to a manager, and left a message. NO ONE got back to me. So, then I got another email about the billing on the 13th. I called them to pay it with my new cc on the 14th and their answer to me was they CANCELLED my order!!! I'm done!

The process and buying things and having them show up worked just fine. What I didn't appreciate is that within hours of placing my order I received the first of many spam calls and texts. Not to mention my email went from 1 or 2 spams making it to my inbox a week to more than 25 a day. I'm not sure if selling my personal data was worth the few bucks you made off my order, but I'm a 100% Husky customer now. In Weathertech's defense, it might not be malignancy, just incompetence. How do I know it was Weathertech? Like I said, the day after I placed my order this started happening. So they either have a security issue, or an ethical one. It's all the same to me in the end.

I ordered front mats for my 2011 Silverado. They do not fit correctly and are overpriced for the quality. I would have been better off with a less expensive version. I have many trucks, this was my first experience.....not likely to consider again!

I have used weather tech mats in several cars in the past. The set I bought for my most recent car, a BMW, does not fit as well as earlier mats and the quality of the material is much less. The mats have curled up and slide around on the floor. The drivers mat catches on the gas pedal and is dangerous. The hooks provided to hold them down will not stay in the carpeting.

The cargo mat for the BMW 2017 X3 does not fit. It requires taking apart your car, I didn't have the special tools required and broke the tab that holds it in place. Then I had to cut the lip of the liner to make it fit, destroying the ability of it to hold water. I contacted customer service, they just tell me they tell you that you will have to make some cuts, but they didn't mention breaking my car and ruining a $100 cargo liner. Fame and fortune ruin everything!

I was highly disappointed with the quality of the WeatherTech floor mats I purchased for my van. Despite paying a premium high price, the mats turned ugly and mushy after only 8 months of use. The corners became misshapen and unattractive, making the entire van look terrible. I regret spending so much money on this low quality product and would not recommend it to others.

The received items I returned over a week ago as they do not fit as described. They tell me the warehouse is too busy to process yet despite being able to ship out product same day. Now they changed story and say will be 7-10 business days after they process return. Worst service I have ever experienced.
