Herizon Lacson is my project manager and I cannot say enough about how much he has helped me. Not only following through on our conversations and requests with the team but keeping me informed every step of the way. I never feel like I am left out on my own going through this process. He is able to translate what I am looking for in the site to the web team and often advises me as to options and has invaluable input on several levels. Not to mention that he has a pleasant personality and I never feel as if I am bothering him when I need to send something or call. Herizon has to be the best project manager I could ask for on the project.

Liezel at Webcreations US has been fantastic! She stepped into a very tumultous situation where my website had been left in limbo after a person assigned to take care of my website left the company. She was kind, caring and listened to the updates I shared, as well reviewed countless email interactions between multiple people who served as intermediaries or placeholders during the transition. Once Liezel grasp the information and what was necessary to move the process forward, she took great initiative, was extremely proactive, so much so she contacted outside agents and companies in order to solve several issues at hand. My site had been shut down due to a domain issue. Liezel contacted the companies and former domain owner on my behalf. She retrieved information through patience, follow up and follow through that otherwise would have delayed my website going live for at least another month. I'm thankful for Liezels professionalism and service. Because of Liezel I will remain and Webcreations customer! Thank you
