Loosing weight for me has always been a…
Loosing weight for me has always been a challenge for me. My weight loss is slow but steady and I’m down 30 lbs. my biggest thrill was when my BMI went from obese to now overweight and slowly making my way down the scale numbers.

Easy to follow directions and dosages…
Easy to follow directions and dosages work well. Weight is disappearing at an acceptable rate and food noise is greatly reduced.
