Customer service is a thing of the past
I am the inventory manager for an online pottery supply website. I understand how important customer service is. I called you guys, needing help with placing an order. The young man immediately referred me to the website and asked me to place my order online. After explaining to him that I needed help with placing an order because I was having trouble accessing my account, he again told me to change my password. And instead of helping me, he recommended I just open a new account. Guys, come on!!!!! If you don't have employees that will answer a phone call and take an order, maybe you should be like most of the other companies now and not even put a phone # on your website. You can do so much better. Very Disappointed
