The customer service is excellent. My only problem with Wigs.com is that it is far from my home. If I plan carefully I can order a wig and pay standard shipping. I have, however, had emergencies and end up paying much more for shipping.

The wig I ordered was nice and very good quality; however I needed a size Large, and could not find many of those and nothing in the style I was looking for.. also could not find a “salt & pepper” shade and the wig I ordered looked more frosted than what I wanted: salt and pepper! Maybe I should have talked to customer service before ordering, because I cannot wear this wig, and I guess they are not returnable? BTW, this wig was for my mom.

Loved the color and texture of Annette. I didn’t keep it because it was too long for me.

There are 2 reasons that I rated a 4 star. I have alopecia and have been ordering Jon Renau Jazz 27F613 for years. I get compliments all the time. But, I can’t get the color in any other style and I really wanted to get it with the mono top. Having alopecia I am limited on the styles because you can see thru the wigs that I’ve tried and I especially can’t go out on a windy day. Wigs.com has been great for their service and prices, I don’t shop anywhere else. I just wish they would work with an alopecia person to design a wig to help us feel more confident and beautiful.
