Cute style, nice cap and wig hair. Had a little challenge managing the hair. Wearing for fun.

I talked with a representative, who was excellent, top star rating. She advised me to order a large. i did, and it barely fit front to back. I returned it because I looked horrible. Normally, I have short curly hair; it was brown and highlighted. Now I am not sure what color I am. I was able to get a haircut and look like myself despite color changes. I wish I could find a wig that worked as my sister in law loves her wig and looks great.I returned ii in the well packed box. Hooray for you having a phone line available

Does not look like the wig advertised. And, color not what I expected.

Too expensive for being sinthetic hair. The base is very small. Packaging was nice. Color was nice.

The quality is nice, but what I had ordered was not what I expected from the description. I was disappointed.

Not so happy with purchase. Wig is NOT as it is advertised appearing. Difficult to style. Will not purchase again. I'm going to keep the wig and use at Halloween.

I bought a Halo hair piece but it was the wrong color. I immediately sent it back and received credit. Minus shipping and I guess restocking fee. I had to reorder the same piece just a different color and ended up having to pay an additional $47.The original one was 20% off I think. At the time of reorder it was not on sale. So, I had to pay full price plus I didn't get credited for the full amount. I think this should have been just an even swap.

The representatives deserve 5 stars for their assistance I received when ordering the wig. Unfortunately, I had to return it because the color was too dark for me and it was too shiny. It looked fake in the light. Very disappointed because it looked so nice online.
