Order process was easy and simple
Order process was easy and simple. The product arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. The wig was beautiful, but not exactly my style so, I decided to return it. That was handled in a prompt and professional manner. This company has a large selection of beautiful wigs.

Wigs.com takes care of its customers. Over the years, I've ordered a number of wigs that just did not work for me. The returns were easy, no questions asked. And the people who answer the phone are very knowledgeable about their products. Wigs.com is the best.

Great experience
Great website, especially for beginners. I ordered Miranda by Jon Renau 12FS8. Shipping was fast with no issues. Beautiful coloring and very nice cap construction. This was one of my first wig purchases and very happy with the quality for the price! One thing to note, the fibers were very shiny, which I read is common for synthetic wigs. Would buy from this site again.
