2nd order...still too dark but will keep. Can’t style as shown in photo I viewed. Wiii probably buy next one at store where I get hands on help.

Hair color medium brown was not true med. brown, everyone asked if I lightened my hair, want to stay consistent with my other brown wigs, looks highlighted. This color 6 is not true color.

I love this wig because the hair doesn't over power me. Most wigs have way too much hair which looks wiggy! Oh, & it's comfortable. Now for the frustrating part.... I had to send my first wig back because the color was wrong & had to pay shipping plus a $10 handling fee ( my penalty). I paid $7 shipping when they sent it to me, $7 to ship it back, then another $7 when they sent me the one that was the right color. So that is $31 extra. Now that I think about it, that part makes me mad. Plus they were offering a discount coupon which did not pop-up until after I placed my order.

Unfortunately, the wig I have ordered is on backorder. They did ask me if I wanted to choose another color but I have decided to wait. Customer service is very good. I appreciate it very much.

A little too much hair for me. Also driving me crazy trying to part the front lace due to it being sparse with hair.

Hair piece was much smaller than depicted & color was not Dark Chocolate; it was lighter. I'm going to darken it myself. I've worn hair pieces for 20 yrs because I like a fuller hair look & people think I'm 15 years younger than I am. RUBYme

Wig fiber was too coarse and didn't look natural.

I wish I had known it would be a shorter than I expected style I am disappointed but love the color
