Poor fitting. Very wiggy looking.

The color is beautiful and the part is realistic...but when you brush it or apply even the slightest heat it gets frizzy and nappy.

My order showed cancelled the day it was due to deliver to me. Got an email the day after that telling me that the system changed and that is why my order was cancelled. I ordered quick delivery but it was not delivered quickly. I received 2 wigs. One was packaged with hair net and tissue paper and the other was not in a net and the tissue paper was loose in the box.

THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH LARGE CAP WIGS AND YOUR COLORS ARE REALLY HARD TO DISTINGUISH. OTHERWISE, YOUR PROMPT SERVICE IS VERY GOOD AND THE WIGS ARE BEAUTIFUL.

The color wasn't even close to red hair

It’s very difficult to get the colors that you want, I order my wigs, but are never satisfied with the color that I choose from their color chart. I usually settle for a color that I don’t like instead of going to the hassle of sending or returning the wigs. It’s a real problem for me!!!

Was shocked to find out AFTER paying for shipping they COD'd me for an extra $35.00!! Wig colour sample on the site vs what was received, wasn't even close :( About five shades darker than it looked on the site. Can't comment on the topper itself since I couldn't even wear it without fear of them not taking it back. Ordered hair care products with the topper and they had broken open and made a mess :( Have returned the topper - not entirely sure I even want to bother again since shipping costs about $100.00 once you include the return shipping fee.

I opted for two day shipping as I needed the 3 wigs right away. Only two arrived. Wish I had been notified 3rd was on back order. Received it about 10 days later. None of the wigs worked out and I was out the $40 shipping and $25 return. Called company asking for a break on return fee as the third wig didn't arrive in time. Was told no. Great customer service would have waived the return fee. Remember many of your customers are going through difficult medical times and possibly financial hardship. Elisabeth Winter
