I was very satisfied with my order. But I would like to talk to someone to find out how I can order another size for my next order.

Everything was great with the ordering and delivery. The only thing I would say is the wig colors don't seem true to the pictures. I am new to buying wigs, and will have to learn the ins and outs of color choices.

Fast Returns and Refund. I would have given 5 stars but it costs so much to ship safely and secure and the restocking fees add up. All in all pretty good customer service.

My first purchase - excellent customer service! Pleasant, helpful, professional, just wonderful. I bought 2 pieces for my daughter who lives overseas. Great service keeping me informed on tracking and delivery. She said the quality is good; but too curly (also too dark). She has very curly hair but the selection was limited; had to choose between wavy and super curly (my words). I selected super curly, but it turns out to be too curly to match hers. The color selection was probably my fault. Her hair looks almost black, but I guess it is lighter than I remember. And, even though this was a top hairpiece - 3/4 wig(?) purchase, it was too tight for her large-size head. She probably needs to go in somewhere to be custom fitted. I appreciate the company and buy from them again.

Wigs.com excellent company for shipping products on timely manner without any errors. The only issue I have restocking fee for item(s) don't like .

The wig was nice but it wasn't the right one for me. It arrived in a timely manner and I hated to return it but it just wasn't right.
