Every positive review is one long sentence devoid of punctuation, is completely illiterate, and says all the same things. No one with English as a first language would speak like that. Certainly not trustworthy in my view - is there an English-speaking college graduate out there to provide a review (other than me)?

Why do all the reviews I'm reading say excellent and you ordered and you had it in a few days I thank these reviews are phony the company is overseas it takes over a month to get here so how could you have your wig within a couple days and every review is excellent like am I the only person that got a fake wig when they ordered a human Remy wig something just doesn't feel right with this I honestly don't trust the reviews I'm reading in reference to wigs do I think the company is posting these excellent reviews on themselves and they are making people believe they can trust this company

Be very careful when buying a wig from them. Make sure that you read the refund policy. There is none. I bought the wig thinking I was going to have chemotherapy and that decision changed. I tried to return the wig and explained that I no longer needed it because I was no longer needed chemo and we went back and forth 27 times. The bottom line is that they will not allow me return the wig. It is frustrating because they were not understanding or possibly not even reading my emails. They kept on apologizing for the wig not being to my satisfaction and recommending that I should wash it, cut it, and try it again. Even though I continuously tried to explain to them that it had nothing to do with the product that i just didn't need it anymore because I am not receiving chemotherapy they kept on apologizing for not being to made to my satisfaction. After much back-and-forth they emailed me saying, that to be honest it would be a big expense to send it back because it came from China. Several times they offered to ramake the wig and charge me half price for the new one. They couldn't understand that I don't need the wig and I will not be using it. And the last email they sent me said that the most they could offer me was a $20 refund and to keep the wig. Now I'm stuck with a wig that I will never use.

Took months for me to receive "an" order, it turned out not what I ordered. Through a wig at me and asked me to keep it, didn‘t care the wig was not what I ordered. Would not give return instruction when return policy only allows 14 days to return. Had the nerve to come back asking me to pay additional $90 for a correct wig. I am glad I kept all the original package so I'm going to use the same information to return. Will video tape everything for return so this company can‘t continue to fraud me. I recommend people who have the same experience report this company to BBB and Federal Trade Commission.

Do not order from this company! They have no support and the fit and quality is sub par. When asked for a refund was told they did a lot of work so to bad so sad! If you are in need of a wig always go with a company at least in your own country. Wigsdo is a scam low quality company. Save your money buy local.

Absolutely horrible. The topper I received was not wearable. It was very fake looking and did not have enough hair on it. I can't wear it. I contacted their customer service for a refund, as their website states they will offer a refund if the quality is not good. But the customer service rep Lucy just argued with me and actually tried to get more money out of me for them to fix it! I repeatedly asked for a refund and even sent a screen shot of their refund policy. Not only is the quality of their wings horrible but their customer service is awful as well. Never buy from this site!! You will waste your money!

Never received product. There is no customer service other than e-mail that just says we will ship next week. It has been over a month and no product. Is this a scam? Has this happened to anyone else?

Do not buy anything at this dishonest company NEVER!!! If you do not want to have long and big problem. I buy in April the wig, witch they promised from a human hair, as a result it was synthetic. Nothing common with description as well with beautiful promises about return and refund. Today is August, i still fighting, but no refund. They big liars. Do not trust them even one word.
