Best customer service
Best customer service. Always easy to communicate with and helpful with questions. They are my only go to for off grid products.

Package was delivered in a timely…
Package was delivered in a timely manner. Any questions I had regarding the shipment or the product itself were answered promptly. I haven't had the opportunity to assemble, or use my heater yet, but so far my experience with Wild Oak Trail has been a pleasure.

This company is the best!
The customer service is outstanding. Whether by phone, chat, or text, I always got an immediate response. All my questions were answered by a knowledgeable, live person, and I was able to choose the best heater for an off-grid cabin.

it fits my power supply unit and extra items, I hope i can get more at lower prices
It was great it fit the power supply and more I hope for lower prices and bargain sale I have many things to protect My things are safer from EMP and CME
