WillWork JewelryReviews of willworkjewelry.com

Quick, responsive service. Very understanding, even when they had to rework the design because of MY mistake.

Worked well with me on my experience. Great folks!!

Willwork is an amazing company with beautiful jewelry and amazing customer service. I made a mistake while ordering a necklace and asked if there was a way they could change something and they responded within 24 hours and happily fixed my error. Will definitely be buying from this company again.

The product is exactly what was asked for and looks better in person.

The ring was shipped on time and was well packed.

This is an update to my previous review. I wanted to make sure it was made known that the new head of customer service contacted me about what happened months ago with my son’s Engagement and wedding band set. She reviewed everything and contacted me to let me know that she wanted to rectify the wrong and get us the wedding band. She went above and beyond to get us the ring and included a beautiful necklace as a gift. With this new customer service team in place I would absolutely buy from this company again. The jewelry is beautiful and I appreciate so much what they did.
