that's that
inventory is never up to date, waiting time for processing is way too long. never know what will come in the package, what's out of stock. stuff shows up broken and try to get it replaced is impossible

The problems are too numerous to write about. I've already wasted time and money and have other choices.

Hi Mark, I'm so sorry that it's been a bumpy road with all of our software changes, personnel, and internal restructuring. Some customers have definitely felt these changes more than others.
