Bed Review
Delivery was earlier than expected. The bed is not bad, good and firm. Not positive on the cost to benefit, feels like any other bed at lower price.

Probably a great bed but the Soft version isn’t so much plush, as it is sinking. It feels decent at first, if not a bit firmer than I expected. Most mattress are firmer than you’d expect at first. However the issue arose 3 hours into the night waking up with back pain since the bed had sunken in so much that I was now in a small valley. It was deeply uncomfortable and not what I expect from a plush mattress at all.

Ordering process is easy and the bed is very comfortable at first. Unfortunately they aren't very durable and only last a couple to a few years before losing support, their warranty is basically useless and they won't stand by the product.

Mattress sagged after years of use. I was not able to get it replaced, as they said my pictures did not reflect their level of sag. My back and husband’s back really bothered us. I got rid of the mattress as well as base and bought another mattress from another competitor. Buyer beware.

They were prompt to deliver. I have had the luxury firm for over 6 monhts and it saggs a lot. I rotate it as they suggest but both side sag. It has been on a firm base the entire time. My son has one and has not had issues. I know as it gets worse I will end up getting rid of it. I'm not a big person and only one person sleeps on it. When I lay downb the sag is close to 2".

I purchased a Luxury Firm mattress two years ago. From the beginning, the box came beat up with holes and destroyed but customer service said the mattress would be fine inside the box. The first few months it was ok to sleep on but after about a year I started having hip and back pain which did not occur when sleeping on the guest room mattress. Does not live up to the hype. I cannot afford a new mattress so I will try a topper to offset the concave areas. Mattresses are an expensive purchase, choose wisely.

The mattress is fine, certainly nothing special, but it is ridiculously heavy, and the bed frame they sell is complete garbage. The slats are just barely long enough to reach across the frame, and are only held in place by a bit of velcro. Any movement of the mattress, like rotating it every two freaking weeks like they advise initially makes the slats come loose and fall out of the frame. Then you're wrestling with this 800-lb gorilla of a mattress to try to get it off the frame so you can get the slat in just so, then try to get that beast back on top of the frame without them falling out again. Oh, and no refunds on the frame.
