Am satisfied with products. Order was a bit difficult at first (due to discount codes), but WINXDVD-representative Shirley corrected it immediately and made sure everything went well.

I am not an expert in this kind of software - not a techy at all. I just wanted to copy an old home video that was on a DVD to another DVD in a mode that was compatible with BluRay. I was not able to do that on the Ripper, maybe because there were too many options and i did not know which to choose.. Ripper experienced an abnormal termination and i forwarded the message to support as they requested. Support was very helpful, we exchanged short emails over the course of a few days. I eventually downloaded the free version of the Copy DVD program and successfully created a copy of the DVD. I told them that and they solved the problem by adding the DVD copy program to my family pack.

Adam M. from customer service is great. He/she replied to my need for assistance within less than 24 hours. I wasn't able to fully resolve my issue but Adam M. did his/her best to make it right!

I've been using WinX DVD Ripper Platinum for about 3 years now and overall, I'm satisfied with what I get for my money. I'm about to upgrade to VideoProc for use on more machines and for the additional capabilities it offers. To me, the upgrade expense seems worthwhile. Sure, there have been unexpected crashes but a restart of the software and I'm good to go. Sure there have been DVDs I struggled to rip but Digiarity has mostly helped in those circumstances, even thought these problems are generally with the disc, not the software. I can only think of one time they were unable to help me. I found another copy of the DVD I was ripping and had success the first time...clearly not Digiarity's fault. All these negative reviews seem an awful lot like sour grapes rather than objective reviews of Digiarity Software. The fact that Digiarity has chimed in on all of these reviews says a lot to me about their legitimacy. All the people claiming that Digiarity is a scam have got it all wrong. My experience is completely different.

Been using the Winx converter for a while now and it's been very solid. Just bought VideoProc which also seems like a nice tool for what I need.
