Customer service was very good. Shipping took quite some time but that was because of Covid. The only thing was that I was expecting a size 4 US - 34 EU) but it was a size 35 which was a larger than I was hoping for, however the shoes are lovely. They even sent a lovely scarf as a gift. Just want them to make a size 4 ( size 34 EU). Different size heels would be really great too.

Size was perfect can’t wait to buy another pair. Great product for the price.

I am pleased with the purchase from Woopshop. Although communication is dificult to get staight answers, they did deliver the items purchased. Because the shop is located in China, delivery was a waiting game. Luckily, the dresses were as advertised and I didn't have any issues with the fit. The dresses were perfect! The style was beautiful! I will purchase from them again in the future.
