I deposited and traded normally, but when I tried to withdraw my funds, they blocked it and told me I must deposit an additional $2000 to "upgrade to a premium account" before I can withdraw anything. They claim this is due to an "automated smart contract system" that locks funds once your balance exceeds $1000 — which is complete nonsense and not how real crypto exchanges work. I asked for alternatives like identity verification (KYC), but they refused and continued to demand money.
