What made my experience great was I was frustrated and I couldnt figure things out. The customer servie rep kept saying the same thing, but a different way (LOL) and then BOOm I got it!!! I appreciate her patience and explaing the process.

Patrick tried as hard as possible to get the camera working. Patrick decided to replace. I really like the customer service. I have all wyze cameras and highly recommend them.
