Scam definitely No tracking No answer, nothing works

I purchased 2 products and never received them. They have stolen my money. They gave a fake tracking number. I have messaged them 5 times and got no response. Please don't use this company

Made 2 separate orders on Aug 15, have not received them, the tracking keeps saying pending. I spent over 300$ and they scammed me. I wrote their support and did not hear anything back. Do not buy anything from this "Company" BIG SCAM

Ordered from these on 11.8.24 still not received anything can't get intouch with anybody email address doesn't work and live chat doesn't reply so pretty sure I've been scammed like an idiot got redirected from tiktok video to XtreeUs they have taken payment and tracking info is say pending since the 12gh August so Avoid at all lengths

Recieved my order today and it smells vile, nothing like what it says it is supposed to smell like.

I made an order and it keeps saying awaiting shipment…not sure why they would charge me and tell me the product was available when it’s not. Hoping they get it together soon and this isn’t just a scam…shame on me 😣 EDIT- they have mailed now but 2 products out of stock
