No attention…
The site would not load,several e.mails sent no response what so ever. They have had a months money which I cant get back although I will try through PayPal. Would I recommend them not in the month of s Sundays.

Yoigo: NO OPTEN POR ESTA COMPAÑÍA.
Comentarles algo inaudito. YOIGO me tiene sin internet, porque se rompió el rúter desde el 24 de octubre. Se los llevo diciendo, que el rúter está mal, hace mucho tiempo, hasta que se rompió. He llamado en varias ocasiones. Me contestan "le daremos la máxima prioridad", y ha pasado todo este tiempo, y NO ME DAN SOLUCIÓN; NO ME LLAMAN, NADA DE NADA. Y a todas estas, cobrándome facturas. TERRIBLE. ES LO PEOR ESTA COMPAÑÍA

Me han cambiado la tarifa…
Me han cambiado la tarifa unilateralmente, lo que ellos llaman una "mejora". En resumen me han obligado a aceptar una tarifa con 10Gb más de datos (que no me sirven para nada) y me han subido 2 euros al mes. Si, me han avisado con el mes de antelación, pero ya he tenido tarifas descatalogadas antes y me las han mantenido hasta PACTAR una mejora y no de forma unilateral.
