All emails were answered quickly, and the tracking was accurate. However, there was a glitch in the UPS matrix, and YUKON handled that issue, too. They made an inquiry on my behalf and got back to me. Wow, Right? Their pleasant tone and willingness to troubleshoot are rare in most places, and they should be commended. The work is beautiful, and my sister loved what I picked for her.

Michael unfortunately was very unlucky but Yukon have said they will sort it out. I have had no problems like other customers. All I can say Michael is being patient and it will get sorted. At first, when I received the "man & dog" wood sculpture, I thought it was too small. I placed it in front of my TV and look at it constantly. It's so charming and, as any Dog Lover can see, conveys the fondness we have for them. Size isn't everything (or anything sometimes).

Really great quality figures. If ordering outside the US, allow 1-2 weeks delivery - remember you are getting free international delivery. Again, I'd really like to emphasise that the wooden dog and human figures are brilliantly engineered. Great value and very happy. Thank you.
