I had a police scanner I could not program! I elected to send it to Zip Scanners, where they programmed it for me, and sent it back to me in short order! I am extremely pleased with my now working scanner.

No hassle return. Waiting on my new scanner. Trx1 was doa got a return label . And shipped it back. The scanner selection help with choosing the right scanner and the educational videos. These guys are legit! Thanks again. Got my scanner back and it rules!

Got my DCD536HP to me fast. I could have bought my scanner else where but read how good Zip Scanners were so thought I would try them. They were super good to buy from. Will buy from them again on my next purchase.
