This is Jim Armstrong, owner of Bender's Bar & Grill in Westminster, CO. I'm a former Denver Post sports columnist and a panelist on ESPN's Around the Horn. We're the largest sports bar in suburban Denver and we do well, but controlling costs is also a huge part of the program, and Zitti has helped greatly in that regard. Highly recommended as food vendors will work with you if you show them you're taking a hard look at costs. Have saved thousands since hiring Zitti. Suggest you do, too. Cheers!
