Melissa was very thorough and professional. I enjoyed her personality and how she made sure everyone was accounted for before she began, that was very considerate of her. She did well presenting and explaining how to operate the platform and provided a clear path for us to follow as newbies to the community. Very respectful of everyone, as some people can be ignorant on calls, but she was very attentive and respectful to us and of our time. Great communication before, during and after the meeting.

She was very informative, and she answered all the questions that everyone had. She was very knowledgeable and professional about everything she said, she walked us through the process step by step and asked if anyone had questions.
