Hi all, I am a long time customer of 123refills. I'm a paper card modeler, Aircraft, Vehicles, Buildings, Lighthouses, etc., and use a lot of ink! I had a black cartridge giving me a failure message, and I e-mailed 123 refills about the problem. I was surprised a few days later when they sent me another black cartridge to replace the defective one... & a color cartridge as well!! Thanks 123refills! satisfied loyal customer here.

The products I ordered arrived quickly. I have not used the inks yet but have in the past and found them to perform well in my previous printer. The savings over purchasing factory cartridges is amazing.
