Non-existent customer service. They will respond to e-mails but not actually answer any questions, and always apologize for any inconvenience their lack of customer service caused. Instead of apologizing for garbage service, why not try to provide customer service? I guess copying and pasting an apology all day is their go to.

Great prices, good value for money paid. After extensive research of online store options for Kreinik thread, ordered from here and will keep ordering more! I have not needed customer service.

I have been ordering from 123stitch for years and, with one exception, have had no problems. In that instance, the wrong DMC thread was sent. They were easy to deal with and quick to respond; they sent the correct within days with no extra charge. Processing and shipping have always been reasonable for my orders. Based on my experience, I recommend this company.

A lovely company to deal with ! My craft dies were very securely packaged and in excellent condition. Fully tracked post to UK was excellent and great to follow the journey. Highly recommend this company to UK purchasers.

They have the best prices but they need to improve their shipping. I'm in the US and they can take a week or more to ship. Not sure why the delay is so long. Then once it ships it takes another 4-5 days. My most recent order I finally got a tracking number and they said it was shipped 5 days ago but the tracking number still says pre-shipment. Contacted customer service and they blew it off, just said if it hasn't arrived in 10 days contact them again. Meanwhile USPS says they haven't even received the package yet. Customers are waiting on these items to be able to start their projects.

They have a wide selection of products to choose from with reasonable pricing. I've only ordered twice from them but both time I received exactly what I ordered with no issues. I actually received my last order two days earlier than the estimated date per the tracking number. It had to travel across the country so I am impressed.
