Terrible they lied to me bout receiving a check for my in used contacts, don’t believe them. Don’t buy from this company . They was suppose to send a check in the mail for the refund- I specifically told them not to refund to the original payment- what did they do they did exactly what I told them not to. Never use them again

I ordered contacts. Received the wrong prescription. Sent them back wanting a full refund. It's been weeks and haven't received my money back to my bank account. Now they are saying they need to verify my address to send me a paper check. And ohhh, now their people who issue checks are out of the office for a week. I will never do business with them again. They are quick to take your money but not give it back!!!!

Attention to detail! I ordered my contacts but mistakenly omitted the toric lens. When they reviewed my prescription and order, they caught the error. Instead of sending what I requested, they called to confirm, explaining that my prescription specified a toric lens. THANK YOU! Otherwise, I would have received the wrong prescription and lacked my contacts before leaving on vacation. 100 times satisfied!

⭐ Extremely disappointed with 1-800 Contacts and their “price match” policy I am extremely disappointed with my experience with 1-800 Contacts. Their website advertises that they will price match, so I expected that policy to actually mean something. I contacted customer service and spoke with three different representatives about the same issue. I provided screenshots showing the price that was being advertised on 1-800 Contacts’ own website. Despite having clear proof of the price, they refused to honor it. What makes this even more frustrating is that I actually gave them another opportunity to make it right. After applying the discount they were offering me, I showed the representative that another company was selling the exact same product for roughly half of the price 1-800 Contacts had originally quoted me, and still about $25 cheaper than the price I would have paid even after all of their discounts. And here is the part that really got me: instead of honoring the price that their own website was advertising, they told me they would go ahead and honor the other company’s discount. So apparently they will match another company's price, but they won't honor the price displayed on their own website. That makes absolutely no sense to me. If a company advertises a price and promotes itself as a company that will price match, customers should be able to reasonably expect that advertised price to be honored, especially when the customer provides screenshots and has already spoken with multiple representatives. I gave 1-800 Contacts several opportunities to resolve this reasonably, and they chose not to. This isn't about a few dollars. It's about honoring the prices and policies your company advertises to customers. Based on this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you advertise a price, stand behind it.

Contacts came quickly, they price matched and you can return contacts if your prescription changes.
