After placing my order, I learned that I had applicable insurance. This meant that I had to reach an actual helpful human to retool the order that was already in motion. Two different staff members made it happen quickly, which saved me money.

First time. Cheaper than my optometrist. Ordered 2/13. Delivery between 2/17-2/23. Notifications: 2/18. Nope. 2/19. Nope. 2/23. Nope. Silence. I had to call them. Finally delivered 2/26. 15 days is not a speedy delivery. Next year, I'll just pay my optometrist and be done with it
