I purchased contacts and they needed to be sent back. I couldn't wear them, couldn't see right out of them. I was supposed to have a credit of a specific amount on my account. $120 roughly. When I finally had time to order replacement lenses they only had like half that amount or less as a credit on my account. Every single interaction with 1-800 contacts was confusing. You could not trust what you were told from one call to the next. This thing with the credit was not what I was told by a manager would be on my account. I resolved to order one last box, and I will find a different company to buy from in the future that is less confusing and stressful. The person who helped me did process this final request for me without error, but I was not happy the credit was not what I was told before by two individuals.

Oh no, we are so sorry to hear about the confusing experience you had with your order and the discrepancy with your credit. We understand how frustrating it is when information changes between interactions. We appreciate you giving us another chance with your final order and are reviewing your feedback to improve our communication and ensure consistency.

Even tho I put the correct updated address on my order, your company sent the product to the address I had years ago. After a long wait for the contacts I called, we identified the problem and the contacts were eventually sent to me, weeks after I should have gotten them.
