Easier than selling on Ebay
Where they disagreed with my evaluation of the phones I was selling, they documented their reasons with video and images. The payment was quick.

Hello Shao Deng, we are sorry that you couldn't reach support when you needed them. Support needed a break because they had been working hard all year round! We used all possible avenues to inform our clients that we will be on Christmas break from the 24th December to 2nd of January. We try not to reply to negative reviews to remain unbiased, but your review required response. We are surprised by this review because the Offer 30004096 in question has already been paid to you and you have received the money. During this time we answered all your questions and emails. You didn't have any complaints and there have been no new emails from you. You had no argument when we showed you our evidence for revising your offer. When you tried to get a refund from PayPal, we answered your questions and helped as much as we could. It is very unfortunate that this review was not sincere. If there is something that you want us to help you resolve, please reach out via email and we will do our best to help.

Great & fast service!
This was my first using this service so I was skeptical but it was great & fast. The whole process was very easy too. I sent my phone and the1guygadget update where my phone was in the whole process. I got my money deposited into my checking account about a week from the time I sent it out. I recommend this service and I would use them again. Plus, I got way more than I would have received from Apple.
