Opened new account, £50,matched deposit. I won with several bets and my balance was £179.25 with £40 in my cash account. I withdrew the £40 and then they removed my other winnings citing it was against terms and conditions. I raised a complaint about my winnings disappearing and offered to put money back into account, this was denied and I was left with £179.25 of my winnings removed from my account! Seems illegal and their response is shocking, avoid this company!

They stole 171 pounds in deposits, deposited 171 pounds and nowhere to be seen in my balance, when I start asking question they closed my account this company needs to be closed and taken the licence they are scam, I'm doing all complaints every where right now for licence to be removed including court case on their company.

If I could give zero stars make no mistake I would. This company is an unmitigated disaster. They can’t even handle basic queries in a period of time that’s considered normal. They ask you to wait 5-7 working days and then when that elapses they’ve not even looked at your query to start with. You genuinely would do well not going anywhere near this site. The customer service agents don’t even know about the products they’re supplying you either. AVOID

Refuse to give promotions despite meeting all requirements. Staff on the chat are rude and lie about how much you have wagered. Scammers, avoid!

Waiting since 22/05/2026 for my withdrawal to be “reviewed” two different withdrawals with a total of over £1200. Now ignoring all points of contact with me. Asked for formal complaint to be logged and to provide reference number with no reply on multiple occasions. Will now be taking this to ADR. This company should not be trading
