Bought 400 1/2" f1960 90s in Nov of 2021 and installed in 2-4 plexes and 2 - 8 plexes, so far I have found 6, 90s that are cast with plastic obstructions. We have had to remove a cabinet,cut open drywall, drill very small holes in pex plugs to check for water passage etc. At least 12 hours of plumbers labor for $516.00 worth of defective 90s. Was told that you had to make a claim within 30 days of purchase. Don't know how you can build a 8 plex in 30 days. have contacted Credit card dispute dept. to at least get credit back for original purchase of $516.00.
