poor customer service
Have been waiting months for prepaid label to return a defective pump. Excuse after excuse. Your best bet, place it into dispute with your credit card company after attempting once to resolve the problem. Go above the head of the first line customer service rep. I wish I would had never bought from this company... rest assured, it was my last

Not easy to do an unopened return and…
Not easy to do an unopened return and was only partially refunded when we should have gotten the full refund. We were NOT told a partial refund. Not good Customer Service at all
