PacificReviews of 2pacific.com

Explanation of products in details with demonstration at the store and also after installation of my hood. Excellent service at the time of purchase and installation of the hood.

Service was great. Very professional. Matthew was super helpful and patient. He even came with the 2 in house installers for the installation. I had an expensive Wolf range hood but did not live up to the brand name...loud and frequent shut off due to over heating sensor. Just got installed today and this new range hood seems be much more powerful yet quieter. Looking forward to using this for many years to come...esp doing more chinese cooking.

Good product support, extended warranty, friendly technician to help install the range hood for free.

Technician did a good job installing hood. Very professional.

On time as scheduled and installation was quick and efficient. The exhaust fan performs great.

They are very honest about their product and know their product very well.Very friendly customer service and they don’t mind answering questions that I have about the product.

Came on time, installed as planned and made recommendations on how to fix the hole.

The workers are well helpful and nice
