I ordered a big mirror for over my bathroom sink. Unfortunately I didn't open it yet because they're not going to do my bathroom. It was put on hold. So I really can't tell you if the product is beautiful or what because I didn't open them because we're afraid to store them without being packed. So I'll be back

We purchased a shower system for a bathroom remodel and were very pleased with the result. The system worked smoothly. After a couple years, we did have an issue with shower head's operation, but customer service was prompt and very good about responding to the issue - actually recommending a great resolution and providing replacement parts free of charge. Excellent customer service!

I recently gutted my bathroom for a full renovation, knocking it down to the studs and replacing everything for a more modern look. I chose the Wellfor LED medicine cabinet for it's features - the option for wall or recessed mounting, an outlet inside the cabinet, dimmable LED lighting, a defogger, and most importantly a 3x magnifying mirror. I am extremely happy and satisfied with this purchase and will be purchasing the same cabinet when I start the fit out of my second bathroom. I also had a question about the cabinet and contacted customer service. They responded quickly, were very attentive and helpful, and resolved my issue without a problem. I definitely made the right choice!

I ordered a tri-fold bathroom mirror for my brand new bathroom and when it arrived via FedEx it arrived damaged. I notified Wellfor customer service via phone and email of this issue and per a conversation I had with a customer service associate, I was told that a replacement mirror would be sent. It had been a week and I had not received my replacement mirror or even an email confirmation that a new one is on its way. I had call customer service multiple times and left voicemails but eventually someone did get back to me. They confirmed that a new mirror was on the way (it left the warehouse a few days later than I was told) and shared the FedEx tracking number with me. When this mirror arrived it was intact and undamaged. So they ended up doing the right thing and taking care of me but not without some headaches along the way.
