Rep got back with me via email about my order inquiry, let me know that my desired color was avail. Followed and tracked my order for me until it was delivered. Also provided/advised the best software to use with the equipment.

We are returning customers and we got the same A-1 experience as the first. They actually have real people that you can text with. They don’t just take your payment, they also communicate with you every step of the way. We also referred a friend who saw how satisfied we were with our investments.

Jessica provides exceptional customer service! She recently reached out to check on my experience with the 360 booth, even though it had been months since my purchase. Most customer service representatives don’t take the time to follow up with customers after that much time, but Jessica did. That extra effort really stood out to me and shows how much she genuinely cares about her customers. I truly appreciate her thoughtfulness and excellent service!

Excellent product and outstanding customer service! We purchased an outdoor display screen for our event hall so guests can easily see which parties are taking place upstairs and downstairs. The screen works great and is exactly what we needed. Joan was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. He genuinely cared about making sure everything worked properly and was always available to answer questions and help with anything we needed. It’s rare to receive this level of personal attention and service. I highly recommend Joan and 360SPB!
