Save me about $500 over the place i got my refracting

The color was more black than I thought they would be. I thought there would be more blue color.

This is a weird review in that I haven't actually gotten my glasses yet, so I have no idea if I like the product. But this isn't a review of the product. I ordered a pair of glasses in a rush before a long trip to Europe. Due to my own oversight, I failed to notice that the progressive lenses would take longer than I needed to be produced for the delivery to come on time. I contacted the company and was fortunate to have David R. assigned as my customer contact. He was ready to make every effort to have the glasses find me on the road, in this case Lyon, France. While I ultimately determined that it would be risky to try, it wasn't for his lack of effort. I'm posting this open letter of praise because we now live in a world where accessing human help in the face of automated (both literally electronic or script-tethered human autobots in remote phone rooms) is a rarity. David R. connected with me as a person. More of that at every business, please (are you listening phone companies, airlines, health insurers, etc.?)

The glasses seem of nice quality and fit good.
