I wrote a nasty review yesterday about how I thought MMJ had their web site hacked as I had made 3 separate orders and had not received anything. Each time I placed an order they would send back a message stating “pending payment” and that I should check the email address to send a new interact payment. I acted out in the review saying they were a fake company and don’t deal with them in case you want to loose your money. As it turns out, I had been sending my order to an incorrect email for all 3 orders. My fault completely. I have been dealing with them for years and have ALWAYS been more than satisfied with everything and that is why I thought I was being ripped off by a fake company. Product, shipping, quality and ease of ordering were always easy. I can highly recommend MMJ and do apologize to them for a misguided and angry review when it was totally my mistake in the first place. Dan

This is for Mmj health in Melbourne Fl several days ago on the 16th they made an appointment for me to do my quarterly renewal. I have been with them for several years. I’ve always been happy although they’re expensive annoyingly they scheduled my appointment on the last day. It was valid two weeks prior to that appointment, I renewed my yearly card for $75 then I paid them $135 for my renewal had I known I wouldn’t be able to buy anything I would’ve made a purchase that day but the next day I went out and I could not buy anything it’s so showed zero after I had placed an order drove 45 minutes there I could not get anything so 45 minutes home it’s now been two more days and I just checked the site to see if I have any recommendations before placing another order and doing another hour and a half round-trip for nothing. It still says zero recommendations I emailed them four times over the last few days and have yet to even have a response. Therefore, I do not recommend Mmj Health. It seems they’re fine until they make a mistake and then they don’t want to talk to you anymore. I deserve a refund because I’m not unable to get anything. How do you go to a doctor and they cut off your meds for a week on purpose go somewhere else I used to think they were good.

I received my items in a timely fashion. The quality was not the best so I posted a 3 star review based on how I felt about the product. Nothing derogatory just a blunt factual review. Unfortunately they have never posted the review (it has been pending for over a month now). Looks like they do not accept reviews which are less than 4 stars. Questionable practice which will catch up with them.

The wrong type of baby milk was dispatched via Amazon. Initially refused to accept a refund, then alleged the refund would be less their postage costs despite there being no reference to a postage charge on the initial invoice. Have now returned the milk (at my own expense) and they are refusing to issue a refund as they can't guarantee that the milk they have received came from me without a tracking number. As they didn't request a recorded delivery (which would have been even greater expense) the parcel does not have a tracking number but does have our address attached and is clearly identifiable. Horrendous prolonged experience.

They take forever to drop off your package and blame ups for any delivery that is late and this company is slow to ship product so be prepared to wait a long time to get your order

Scam. Never delivered. Never received a refund. Carts come from the states so you’re getting items that can’t pass quality control there. Buyer beware.

one of the worst outfits and not surprising in the modern world of BS sellers who do not care if you get your products. They actually told me they just drop all the shipments without getting confirmation from courier service of the dropped off orders. ignorant staff and bad liars. never use them again. charged $30 to ship and they say they don't have shipment and courier says for days that is waiting to receive said shipment.

Complete scammers You think you’re getting a good product that does not arrive, they keep on asking for more money all the time and the messages are constant. Fake credentials with shipping and emails. Try to get you to think they are helping you out by paying some of the fees which you get back. This is all lies they are just trying to get as much money from you as they can. As a vulnerable person I was taken in by these individuals, I only wish I had checked on here first before paying to them. Nothing about them is real, please beware, the authorities have been made aware of this scam. Please beware careful.
