Ordered a set of tires from them and 8…
Ordered a set of tires from them and 8 days went by. I never got a tracking number. I called in and a customer service rep rudely explained that they only ship to billing addresses and I would have to call my bank. I’ve ordered hundreds of parts from other vendors like summit racing, jegs, Eastwood, tire rack autozone etc. and never had a problem. To top it off, the customer rep was a jerk on the phone. I’ll never shop from this place again and I will spread the word to others.

Good Day Andrew, I have spoken with management to find out what the issue was with the order and it appeared the problem came from our fraud detection system. Because of how costly the products we sell can be, we take extra precaution that lower priced stores may not take. Your customer service rep was just following protocol as the credit card and billing did not match. We have on record that the customer service rep attempted to contact you during those 8 days with no success in reaching you. We do have other ways to verify billing address if you had worked with us but we would not have out right refused to ship to you. I hope this answers any confusion you had. Again we apologize that you did not like our fraud protection protocols. D

They sent wrong rims
They sent wrong rims. Then they said they were sending return labels. Never did. Now can’t get ahold of them.
