Had a mix up with a rim, it must've been from the warehouse's mistake.Talked to many people and they bypassed some rules to get it right for us quickly. They do not have an exchange policy though.

Sales staff were very helpful and were knowledgeable, but were not careful enough in checking order specs. I found an error in the emailed order confirmation where they selected the wrong wheel bolt pattern (not the one I specified and we agreed upon), so my catching this saved some major head aches with shipping the wrong wheels! Also, they did not advise that I'd need new lug nuts, which caused delays with installing the wheels. And I asked if they would include centering rings, and was told no, and that they were not necessary...but then the order arrived with a set anyway...which were the wrong size. (But I had already ordered my own set from another vendor anyway.) So overall I'd consider ordering from them again - but I'd be sure to be very careful to check all the order details!

Would give zero if I could. Waiting 3 weeks for warranty replacement of shock that was sent damaged and still have not received paperwork to return shock. No new shock shipped. Worst customer service ever!!!!

Well I wasn’t going to write a review because mistakes do happen. But ordered wheels on March 9, and had to cancel on March 10, talked to someone personally and they said no problem warehouse wasn’t even contacted yet. 10 days later rims show up. Did everything I was told to get it back to them. Now one month exactly later still haven’t received my refund. Not happy at all! Update: So finally got my refund and it was $83 and some change short. This place is charging me shipping on their screw up. Absolutely the worst customer service ever.
