I had a unique situation (well, so I thought) because I am 7 miles between cell towers. So I contacted the 5GStore multiple times PRIOR to my purchases to make sure what I was buying and everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and very willing to help. After I made my decision on the equipment, I shopped around. I found that I could buy the same order for about 100 dollars less but I took into consideration the amount of help they provided and made the purchase anyway. I was concerned when shipping options were 3-8 days unless I wanted to pay for expedited shipping but I received the items in 2 days (Chicago to St Louis). I was unable to get my services to connect but that was because of my carrier. I worked with the AT&T store and we got it working. Top notch service and shipping. The follow up call was a pleasant surprise and very welcome! Thanks for such a great operation.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a follow up phone call after my order arrived from someone with deep technical knowledge about the product. Very impressive.
